Emotions

Emotions is the Festival’s section which aims to stimulate fantasy on the energy subject through many entertainment occasions: theatre shows, extraordinary exhibitions, thematic film exhibition and much more.

Following are the entertainments that animated the city during 2008’s edition of the Festival dell'Energia:

Carillon

Kitonb Company
Piazza Sant’Oronzo - Carillon by Kitonb Company, the spectacular event of the Festival. After having seen two days long the assembly of the structure and the open rehearsals, the public enjoyed an exhibition of great visual impact.
Everybody looking up at the sky to admire on strings hanging dancers, twirling between the stars, face to face with the Statue of the city patron saint that soars up to 20 meters.A graceful, elegant, sensual show with its lights, sounds and special effects that ended up as breathtaking for the public.

Energy / Utopia

Biosphera Theatre
Teatro Politeama Greco - Energy/Utopia by Biosphera Theatre. The show has been sold out in all its repeat performances. It has been an exhibition full of contents and meditations, digging in our deepest interior and investigating our personal relation with energy and its daily consumption.
A gentle and rarefied atmosphere able to create an intense emotion, also because of the structure set on stage: a small and cosy bubble, inside of which the whole performance takes place.

Screenings

Cinema Multisala Massimo - Film exhibition arranged by Cinemambiente. In the three days of the Festival several films were selected and shown by the cultural association Cinemambiente. The showings for the schools registered all sold out (A crude awakening. The oil crash & Monster & Co.), but also the other film showings registered a great interest of experts and film lovers.
